About Sonja
I am fascinated by the human lifelong ability to change, grow and transform ourselves. I am inspired to support people who are willing and brave enough to use this ability to change and to support them to create a happy, healthy and balanced life. My approach is to use the century old capacities of mindfulness.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the skill to pay attention on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally. This means that we commit fully in each moment to be present, inviting ourselves to interface with this moment in full awareness, with the intention to embody as best we can an orientation of calmness and equanimity, right here and right now.
This is what we learn and practice in our mindfulness workshops.
Training
INOS training is centered around the topic of purpose – for yourself, your department or your company. What drives us to get up every morning and doing the things we do? In being clear about our purpose we enhance our motivation and increase creativity and productivity.
Coaching
Our lifelong capacities for learning, growing and transforming ourselves are huge and provide us with the opportunity to take a larger perspective on ourselves and the issues that accompany us.
My coaching approach is to look at the patterns that make us struggle and resist life as it is, to uncover them and work through them, finding new ways and strategies to look at ourselves and to find the balance and joy that lies within us.

Can we create happiness?
For a couple of months now, I am leading a weekly meditation circle at a community centre in my neighbourhood. Participation is free. It’s a small group, some regular participants, some people come and go. I never really decided to do this, it somehow just “came” to me…
